About Us

The Lincoln Legal Professionals Association (LLPA) was established in 1997 and is a bi-level association with the Nebraska Legal Professionals Association (NLPA).

LLPA is open to any person engaged in work of a legal nature or those persons interested in the legal field.

Yearly membership is $50, which includes membership to NLPA.  Students in law related fields may join at a reduced rate of $20.

General meetings are held once a month on the second Thursday of every month at various restaurants in the downtown Lincoln area.  Meetings consist of lunch, reports by board members and committee chairs, and usually involve legal education though the use of speakers from our community.

Board meetings are held once a month on the fourth Thursday of every month and are open to all members.

Throughout the year, community service projects are undertaken, education seminars are conducted, awards are presented to members and to their empolyers, and other various events are offered.
